Technical Courier & Break/Fix
Using both Triage’s field services team and Rico Field Engineering’s technical courier services team have the knowledge and experience to provide a managed service for a full range of IT and technology equipment. Whether you have an issue that can be resolved remotely by providing you with the correct technical instruction, or an issue that requires an engineer or technician to come to your site, our personnel will work until the problem has been fixed. Our in house technical courier services team provide assistance and guidance at all levels and our 47 forward stock locations across the UK and Ireland, supported by the Rico Same Day Courier service, enables us to provide a 4, 6 or 8 hour response and fix times.
