With home workers we can arrange collection and return using a courier with padded boxes to avoid damage in transit. The courier will visually check the unit and pack for return.
We can open the boxes under camera to video the damage we have seen to report back and quote for the parts required. Not only do we offer repair we can also remove passwords on units left by leavers, giving you back working products. All products are cleaned and disinfected before return.

Warranty checks are carried out, so if you have a mixed estate of laptops purchased over the years we can ensure you are not paying for repairs which should be covered under warranty. Likewise for units which come in damaged, we will check if they are due any recalls or if any other faults exist which can be covered by warranty.
All units are cleaned and disinfected before return and our couriers are adhering to social distancing pickups and drop offs. If your IT team has a large volume of products for repair we can arrange a dedicated van for collection.
GDPR is always adhered to and where necessary we will wipe the PC / Laptop of information to GCHQ standard. Where drives are faulty we will send them securely for destruction at our refiners.
