Triage works with numerous delivery companies and has daily deliveries from most logistic firms. For those customers with agreements in place we set times for pick up and drop off to ensure a quick service.

As part of the TVS SCS Group we can use Rico Logistics for your deliveries, with a PUDO and FSL onsite we have multiple deliveries a day from Rico with in-night deliveries out of hours with our secure drop area.

When using Rico for logistics we can get parts to anywhere in mainland UK the next day. Helping reduce you volume of Loop Stock with quicker turnaround times.

Rico’s spare parts logistics management division offers customers a unique and seamless Distribution Management and Inventory Management service throughout 15 European Countries, and India. Our services include; Warehousing (NDC/FSL), Service Logistics, Premium Next Day Delivery and European Airbridge Solutions.

Rico’s spare parts logistics team understand the critical importance of technical support and the vital role of technical spare parts logistics, whenever and wherever you need them. With approximately 150 forward stock locations (FSLs), throughout Europe, 350 pick up and drop off (PUDO) locations and over 1500 intelligent locker locations also throughout Europe. Rico Technology Logistics have the highest quality resources, and with that our Distribution Management and Inventory Management Services are of the best available.

Along with our Distribution Management and Inventory Management Service, we also provide supply chain outsourcing for our customers; forming partnerships that reduce risk and stress and instead produce complete integration of Rico Technology Logistics in to your business’s operational structure. Our in night delivery network, complemented by our huge inventory management infrastructure, allows us to work through the night to get your technical parts to their specified destination before 8am the next morning. Furthermore, our unique TRACE system allows customers to track the progress of dispatches in real-time, at all times.
