As an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP), Triage can conduct in warranty and out of warranty repair services for Apple products. We have next day delivery of all required spares direct from Apple ,along with access to tools, training, service guides, diagnostics and resources to perform Genuine Apple repairs.
For corporate customers we can conduct repairs inside and outside of AppleCare, whilst also checking every unit for recalls and carry out this work on behalf of our clients without a labour charge, as we recover our costs from Apple. Our SLA is one working week and we normally return in 3 to 4 days. We can open all boxed items under a video camera to validate the level of damage for those items coming back direct from site.
For end users, we can arrange the collection and return including packaging, so all you have to do is pass the unit to the courier. Any repairs which can be carried out under AppleCare warranty will be free of charge with the exception of any collection and shipping charges , only repairs out side of AppleCare warranty will be charged.
Where we carry out repairs on out of warranty events, repairs received with spillage damage, physical damage or missing parts, a repair surcharge will be applied. Our repairs will ensure that AppleCare will still remain valid if needed for a future event. Where we find a secondary issue which is covered by AppleCare then that part of the repair will be covered free of charge.
