Prior to joining Triage, Steve held several senior operational roles within the ICL Group, where he honed
his outstanding project,operational and logistics capabilities. A highly regarded and charismatic leader,
with the ability to engage at all levels, Steve inspires his team to perform at their very best even
when working under extreme pressure.

Nicola Eversley – Financial Controller
Nicola has been with Triage since 2001 and has held various roles within the Finance Department,
she currently heads our Finance team at our Stevenage Head office
Nicola has previously worked in the Automobile and Pneumatic Engineering Sectors.

Claire Bolton - Operations Support Manager
Claire has been with Triage since 2001 she is an ‘expert’ in her field of work and has held various
positions from Operational Support to Key Account Management.With 20 years’ experience across
a range of demanding roles, Claire is fully commercially aware in the Implementation
and Operational elements of our business.At the forefront of Claire’s mind is strategically
working for Triage and our key customers.her key strengths are adding value and meeting cost objectives
coupled with attention to detail.

Denise Coates – New Business & Alliance Partner Introductions
Denise has been with Triage since 2010, she is our ‘first’ port of call for new business enquiries.
Denise works closely with Steven Ralph in establishing relationships with OEMs,
Service Providers and Alliance Partners. She honed her new business and marketing skills
from introducing an unknown product into the UK which went on to become a UK Market Leader

Fay Simmons – HR Manager
Fay started working with Triage in 2011, and looks after all things ‘People’! She previously worked in the
retail/hospitality sector working for Hilton Hotels and other small hotel groups.

Kelly Letford – Customer Services Manager
Kelly joined Triage in 2005 and has held various roles within the Customer Services department during
her time with the company.Kelly and the Customer Services team are the first point of contact for
customer queries and pride themselves in providing a highest level of support to their customers.
